You will learn an exciting range of Remedial Massage techniques including: Myofacial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Positional Release Techniques, Active Release Techniques, Clinical and Functional Assessment Techniques for pain and injury and the introduction to Exercise Rehabilitation. Furthermore, you will taught Specialist Remedial Massage for Athletes, Woman, Infants and the Elderly and Remedial Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatments. The Diploma of Remedial Massage will provide you with the Advanced Theoretical and Practical Knowledge to treat a variety of Musculoskeletal Conditions and further develop your already advanced knowledge of Physical Assessment and Anatomy which and will open more doors of opportunity in the health industry. |

This course is a part of the Health Training Packages and is Government Endorsed and Nationally Recognised. On completion you will be eligible for a Work Cover and Health care provider number through accredited association and Private Health Care insurers.
As with all of ACFB’s course, we offer this course in a variety of delivery styles that are Flexible and Self-Paced to suit your lifestyle and learning requirements. This course is delivered On-campus Full-Time and Part-Time study including Weekdays, Weekends, Distance Learning and Blended Delivery option.
This course involves the following 14 units of study and on completion of the Diploma of Remedial Massage, you will have acquired the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to qualify as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
