Through the exciting HLT50307 Diploma of Remedial Massage course, you will learn a great range of remedial massage techniques including: myofacial release (MFR), manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques (MET), positional release techniques (PRT), active release techniques (ART), clinical and functional assessment techniques for pain and injury and the introduction to Exercise Rehabilitation. Furthermore, you will be taught specialist remedial massage for athletes, woman, infants and the elderly. The diploma of Remedial Massage will provide you with the advanced theoretical and practical knowledge to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and further develop your already advanced knowledge of physical assessment and anatomy, which and will open more doors of opportunity in the health industry. |

This course is a part of the health training packages, and is government endorsed and nationally recognised. Upon completion, you will be eligible to apply for a health care provider number through accredited associations and private health care insurers.
As with all of ACFB’s massage courses, we offer a variety of delivery styles that are flexible and self-paced to suit your lifestyle and learning requirements. You can choose to study your massage course in Melbourne on-campus through full-time and part-time study including weekdays or weekends and also via distance Learning anywhere across Australia.
