You could be eligible to study with assistance from the Victorian and Commonwealth Government, saving you $1000's OFF you course!

ACFB now provides Government funded training for all eligible people studying within Victoria for the following courses:

This is a great opportunity for you to study the course(s) that you have always wanted!  The Australian College of Fitness & Bodywork is an approved provider for Skills Victoria  and training is delivered to eligible students with Victorian and Commonwealth Government Funding.  Subsidized training is offered to all qualifications under taken in Victoria (Face-to-face/Classroom based and Distance Learning).

To be eligible for government funded training, you must meet one of the following citizen/residency status:

  • Australian citizen
  • Australian Permanent Resident (holder of a permanent visa)
  • Holder of a Special Category Visa (sub-class 444, New Zealand citizen)
  • East Timorese asylum seeker, or
  • Holder of a Temporary Protection Visa.

And are any of the following:

  • A young person under 20 years;
  • An applicant seeking a Foundation skills course;
  • An applicant who is an Apprentice; or
  • An applicant seeking a higher qualification than the highest qualification already held.
and
  • have not commenced or are not scheduled to commence more than two Government subsidised courses in 2013; or are not currently undertaking training in two or more Government subsidised courses.
    Please note: students must provide certified copies of the applicable evidence, ie: birth certificate/passport, previous qualifications/certificates and transcript or provide an original to be sighted.
