ACFB's Tailored Fitness CoursesACFB have developed a training program that not only fits into your lifestyle, but also allows you to rise above the average instructor through providing you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to work successfully an an exceptional gym instructor! Throughout this fitness course you will be introduced into the exciting world of fitness where you will be able to plan and instruct group exercise classes; develop basic fitness programs; conduct screening and fitness appraisals, customise coaching for children, mature aged athletes and special population clients. You will be provided with the necessary training to work within a gymnasium and develop the leadership techniques required in the day to day running of fitness facilities and organisations. You can choose to study your fitness courses in melbourne on-campus or via distance learning. Both options are flexible while still providing you with exceptional training and support. |
