ACFB’s Certificate IV in Fitness (SRF40206) course will provide you with training that is unmatched, offering you everything you will need and more to be ahead of the rest, an industry leader and an unrivalled personal trainer.

You will be able to further develop the skills gained in the prerequisite Certificate III in Fitness (SRF30206) course and extend your knowledge of functional anatomy and physiology, nutrition for body composition, postural screening, strength and conditioning for athletes and circuit and endurance training methods.

You will further develop an understanding to plan and deliver personal training, an understanding of stretching techniques, pre and post sports massage, motivational psychology and small business marketing and management.

Upon successful completion of the following 21 units, you will be qualified to work as a personal trainer in a fitness centre, personal training studio and even the exciting prospect of starting your own business.
