Students will learn about functional anatomy and physiology, nutrition for body composition, postural screening, strength and conditioning for athletes, circuit and endurance training methods.  Students will furthermore develop an understanding to  plan and deliver personal training an understanding of stretching techniques, motivational psychology and small  business marketing and management.

Upon successful completion, students will be qualified to work as a Personal Trainer in a fitness centre, Personal Training Studio or begin their own business.
