Take advantage of ACFB's student BOOT CAMP and get fit in the new year!

 

ACFB is introducing our student bootcamp so you and your friends can get fit, have fun and help our students develop their skills.

Boot camp trains all fitness components from cardiovascular fitness, strength, power, endurance, get into shape, lose weight, increase muscle tone, increase lean muscle, reduce body fat etc

(All sessions are run under supervion from a qualified ACFB fitness trainer)

Bootcamp Sessions

Days & Times
Mondays; 6pm - 7pm
Thursdays ; 6pm - 7pm
Cost
Option 1 - $80; 1 session per week (over 12 weeks) 
Option 2 - $160; 2 sessions per week (over 12 weeks)
(Boot camps are normally around $16 - $20 per session. These boot camps work out to be around $6.65 per session.) That's a MASSIVE saving!
Upfront payments ONLY (first come first serve)
12 - 18 people per session

Terms and Conditions

 

Any person who participates in an ACFB student boot camp fitness program acknowledges that there is physical exertion required and environmental hazards.

The fitness programs involves lifting, running, jogging and movements involving a quick change in direction, stretching and full body movements.

The participant will also be exposed environmental hazards such as unpredictable weather conditions, fauna & flora, uneven & rough surfaces.

While it is not possible to list every bodily risk and environmental hazard, the participants acknowledges and accepts the risks and assumes all responsible in the event of injury or death.

The Client shall indemnify ACFB, its employees, sub-contractors and students against any claims made against ACFB by any third party in respect of any loss resulting indirectly or directly from carrying out the services for the client.

ACFB covers the required public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance to conduct student boot camps.

By joining ACFB's student boot camps, you are required to read and agree to the terms and conditions above.

Please note: If you miss a session, you will forfiet that session unless you can make it up within your nominated 12 weeks.
