ACFB’s Certificate III in Fitness (SRF30206) course provides you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to work successfully as a gym instructor.

ACFB have developed a training program that can not only fit into your lifestyle, but also allows you to rise above the average instructor and provides you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to work successfully an an exceptional gym instructor!

Through this course you will be introduced into the exciting world of fitness where you will be able to plan and instruct a group exercise classes, develop basic fitness programs, conduct screening and fitness appraisals, customise coaching for children, mature aged athletes and special population clients.

You will be provided with the training necessary to work within a gymnasium and develop the leadership techniques required in the day to day running of fitness facilities and organisations.

 

The following 24 units are included in this course and upon successful completion you will be qualified to work as a gym instructor, recreational activity coordinator, and allied health assistant & strength & conditioning within sporting clubs.
